Wei-Jing Han, Principal of the school, completed his Doctorate in Education at Beijing Normal University and was awarded the title of “Expert Principal” by the university.

Principal Han is a member of the Chinese Musicians’ Association and serves as Vice Chairperson of a city-level music association and Chairperson of a district-level music association. With over 40 years of teaching experience, he has trained numerous students who have received top national and provincial music awards.

In June 1995, to cultivate more well-rounded talents, Principal Han founded a boarding school integrating kindergarten, elementary, and secondary education with a focus on music. By using the arts to enhance intellectual development, he created a distinctive educational model that nurtures students excelling in both academics and the arts. Many students achieved admission to prestigious high schools, with over 50% accepted into top institutions. Several students went on to enter renowned universities in China, including Peking University with the second-highest score in the city.

Principal Han brings extensive experience in teaching, education, and school administration. His management philosophy emphasizes systematic, detailed, and data-driven processes that engage all staff members throughout every stage of education.
